Brisbane Roar vs Western Sydney Wanderers
Friday, March 13, 2026 – Suncorp Stadium
Preview:
Brisbane have been bleeding results lately, sitting 8th and still struggling to string wins together.
Wanderers went down 2–1 to Newcastle last week after that big Macarthur win, so the momentum has swung right back out of them.
Both sides are scrapping for their lives in the bottom half, and that sort of desperation usually makes for a nervy, scrappy game. Brisbane at home is a slight edge, but don’t be surprised if this one ends level.

Central Coast Mariners vs Adelaide United
Saturday, March 14, 2026 – Polytec Stadium
Preview:
CCM got the job done 3–1 over Macarthur last week after drawing 0–0 with Newcastle the round before, and they’re pushing hard into the top six.
Adelaide have gone back-to-back draws against Victory and Wellington, and while they’re still sitting 4th, they’ve looked a bit flatter lately than they did a month ago.
CCM will be full of confidence at home, while Adelaide are starting to look like they’re running out of steam. Earlier in the year Adelaide belted CCM 4–0 away, but this feels like a very different Mariners side right now. Mariners to take it.

Wellington Phoenix vs Perth Glory
Saturday, March 14, 2026 – Hnry Stadium
Preview:
Wellington have lost three of their last four and are sitting 11th, so confidence is hardly overflowing.
Perth drew 2–2 with Auckland last week and have won just one of their last five, so neither side is exactly turning up with swagger.
This has lower-half anxiety written all over it. Wellington at home should edge it, but it won’t be pretty.

Newcastle United Jets vs Auckland FC
Saturday, March 14, 2026 – McDonald Jones Stadium
Preview:
Newcastle edged WSW 2–1 last week to stay top of the ladder on 40 points, still grinding out results even when they’re not at their best.
Auckland drew 2–2 with Perth after back-to-back wins, and now head into this four points behind the Jets with a chance to make it properly interesting.
This is the game of the round: first versus second, both with something to prove. Auckland beat Newcastle earlier in the season, so they know they can do it. Jets at home makes this a coin flip, but expect a tight, high-quality contest.

Melbourne Victory vs Macarthur FC
Sunday, March 15, 2026 – AAMI Park
Preview:
Victory drew 2–2 with Sydney last week and are still doing that annoying thing where they look dangerous one minute and completely unreliable the next.
Macarthur are in freefall, losing three straight and conceding seven goals in their last two games.
Victory at home should be too good for a Macarthur side that looks like it has completely fallen apart. Earlier in the season Macarthur held Victory to a 0–0, but that feels like a lifetime ago.
| Jimmy’s Prediction Victory 3–1 Macarthur | Jimmy’s Tip Victory to Win 1.75 at PuntX |
| The Machine’s Prediction Victory 2–0 Macarthur | The Machine’s Tip Victory to Win 1.75 at PuntX |

Sydney FC vs Melbourne City FC
Tuesday, March 17, 2026 – Allianz Stadium
Preview:
Sydney drew 2–2 with Victory after back-to-back wins, so they’re still in the top three but not exactly making life easy for themselves.
City are 9th and still haven’t found any consistency, with the Auckland loss another reminder that things keep going sideways for them.
Sydney at home against a City side that can’t buy a proper run should be comfortable enough. The Sky Blues will want three points here to keep the pressure on Auckland and Newcastle above them.
