The long awaited Hawks v Kanga showdown ended exactly as expected last week.
Hawthorn barely fired a shot, while North are now one step away from securing a premiers and champions accolade for 2025.
The Roos smallest win this year has been 29 points, so it’s pretty hard to see this replica game going any other way.

Really divulging in Deja vu this weekend. The Blues dismantled West Coast over in Perth last week – so likely Blues fans will get to enjoy it all over again at home on Saturday.
Last week was a bit of a slog and could have gone either way, until the Blues stepped up the ante in the last.
The Eagles do have some firepower to turn this into a game, but Carlton are a bit too well oiled across the ground.

Melbourne vs. Brisbane

Preview:
A genuine match for the second qualifying final, and at least a fresh non replayed from last week match – but the week prior.
The Dees had a solid and very mature win against Geelong last week, close-ish kicking away in the end. Brisbane also sent the Pies into Mad Monday, without ever giving them a chance to swoop in.
The Lions managed to overpower the Dees on home territory a few weeks ago, in a tough low scoring affair. However, back on home turf the Dees have licked their wounds and will be looking at making amends.

More on the line for this one may make a better opportunity for game of the week. The Crows secured the home final after a win against a belligerent Fremantle.
The Saints have barely came marching into finals the year – with an absolute belting from Kangaroos and more recently the Western Bulldogs last week. They aren’t in the best form at the wrong time, which I think is going to bite them in the bum.
Not confidently, but with the home ground and in a bit better form – I’m backing the Crows.
